How to use...

Tech Wash

For clothing

1. Place item in washing machine
2. Add Nikwax Tech Wash in detergent drawer
3. Select a normal wash programme including rinse cycle and start the washing machine
4. Alternatively, hand washing is also possible
5. Let item air dry, or use tumble dryer on low setting if item's washing instructions allow it

For tents and accessories

1. Add Nikwax Tech Wash to lukewarm water in a container or bucket and agitate item well.
2. Rinse thoroughly with clean water
3. Allow item to dry

Note:

Tech Wash can be applied undiluted before washing as a stain or grease remover.

TX.Direct

1. Place clean item in washing machine
2. Add Nikwax TX.Direct into detergent drawer
3. Select a normal wash programme including rinse programme and start the washing machine
4. Alternatively, hand washing is also possible
5. Allow item to air dry, or use when washing instructions of item allow this the tumble dryer on low setting

Caution:

• Always follow washing instructions of item
• Always clean the item with Nikwax Tech Wash before impregnating, do not use in combination with regular detergents
• Always clean the detergent drawer of the washing machine before use

When to use...

Tech Wash

Always clean items with Tech Wash before impregnating. After impregnation, you can wash the item several times before impregnation is needed again.

TX.Direct

After cleaning and impregnating clothing, you can maintain the properties by cleaning regularly with Nikwax Tech Wash. If you find that after several washes with Tech Wash, the clothing is no longer water-repellent, re-impregnate with TX.Direct.

There is no need to let the item dry between washing and impregnation.
