Experience an unforgettable week in the Swedish wilderness.
Learn the art of survival with nothing but nature and your own skills. This week-long course will give you a solid foundation in bushcraft, inspired by the knowledge of our ancestors.
We will cook exclusively on wood fires and sleep together in a camp of tarp shelters, where you may hear wolves at night or, with a lot of luck, spot a lynx or moose.
During this week, you will learn how to live in, with and from nature in a practical and simple way. You will work with both modern and primitive techniques:
The week is divided into two parts:
Base camp (first 3 days)
You will stay in our camp and learn essential bushcraft skills under the guidance of experienced instructors.
Trekking (Days 4 to 6)
We will trek through the Swedish forests on foot. You will apply your new knowledge, cook on a campfire and sleep under tarp shelters. We will live in, with and from nature – fishing, gathering edible plants and enjoying the peace and quiet of the wilderness.
This week is suitable for anyone aged 16 and above (14 years old accompanied by a parent), in reasonable physical condition, from complete beginners to seasoned bushcrafters. Our approach is personal and tailored to your level. You don't need any prior knowledge – just an open mind and a healthy dose of curiosity.
You will be picked up from Sunne station at 15:00 on 22 August and returned to the station at 14:00 on 30 August.
