LIABILITY

The tour operator is liable if the trip is not carried out in accordance with the expectations in the brochure or information package. The correctness of the execution should also be seen in relation to the customs, limitations and habits of the country in which the trip takes place and should be weighed against the amount of the travel sum. The tour operator is not liable for damages if these are due to the fault of the participant due to e.g. non-compliance with the laws in the country where the trip takes place, due to the failure of the traveller in terms of physical health/condition and/or required travel documents. The liability of the tour operator is in all cases limited to a maximum of three times the amount of the travel sum.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE TRAVELLER

The traveller is required:

  • To provide the correct travel documents as indicated by the tour operator.
  • Taking care of the travel documents during the trip
  • To be insured against travel accidents. Our obligation to assist the traveller in distress is seriously impeded if it is not possible to rely on the assistance of an SOS central office included in the travel insurance.

The participant who causes inconvenience or nuisance to the other participants can be excluded from further participation in the trip by the tour guide. All resulting costs are for the account of the participant. A refund of (part of) the travel sum can only be granted if the participant is not to blame with regard to his exclusion. If the traveller deviates from the itinerary during the trip or fails to escort the tour guide and is therefore not present for transport at the correct time, the consequences of this will be entirely at the traveller's own expense.

Any complaints must be discussed with the tour guide on the spot. If this does not solve the problems, you can submit the complaint in writing to our office, stating the reasons, no later than 1 month after the original date of return.
