CLEANING AND STORAGE

CLEANING: All parts should be washed regularly. Do not place any parts in the dishwasher. Do not wash the cartridge with soap or other cleaning agents.

STORAGE: Perform a ‘dry press’ with your Grayl by pressing without water in the bottle. Pour out any excess water and remove the cartridge. Remove the silicone one-way valve and allow the cartridge to air dry thoroughly (depending on humidity, it will take 2-4 days to dry completely). Hand wash all other parts, including the silicone one-way valve, in warm soapy water. Reassemble the device to create an airtight seal for storage. Cartridges will last up to three years after opening, provided they are properly maintained between uses.
