Delivery procedure
Free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €90,-! For orders under this amount, shipping is only €6.99.
For orders to Belgium over €90, shipping is free. For orders under this amount, shipping is €8.99.
For orders to Germany over €90, shipping is free. For orders under this amount, shipping is €8.99.

As soon as Bushpappa.nl has prepared your order for shipment, you will be notified by e-mail.
Your order will be sent via PostNL and, if ordered before 17:00, will be sent the same day. Within the Netherlands, the expected delivery time is 1 day.
However, this delivery time is subject to PostNL meeting its delivery times.
Shipping costs to countries outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are automatically calculated in the Checkout according to PostNL's rates.
Right of withdrawal/Consumer rights
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Bushpappa.nl within 14 days of your notification, together with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, via Postnl and Bushpappa, providing the tracking code. Products that are discounted because they are being discontinued cannot be returned.
To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected] and return the product according to Bushpappa's instructions. If you have complied with these conditions, we will refund the full order amount to you within 7 working days of processing your return. If you do not comply with these conditions, we reserve the right not to accept the return. We will only send your product back to you once you have paid us the shipping costs. Alternatively, we will keep the product and refund you the full purchase price, minus 40% of the purchase price + the shipping costs incurred by us.
The costs for returning to Bushpappa.co.uk are at your own expense. The shipping costs incurred to send the return order to an address outside the United Kingdom are also at your own expense. For this, we will charge the actual costs incurred for shipping abroad and will deduct this from the order amount to be refunded. If you return your order by a method other than Postnl and Bushpappa has to collect the return from a collection point of another carrier, we will charge €15 for collection costs.
If an order delivered to a Postnl location is not collected for any reason, the order is refused at the door or is returned due to incorrect addressing, the actual shipping and return costs applicable will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, plus an administration and handling fee, which amounts to a total of €20, and the payment costs incurred. For shipments outside the United Kingdom, this amount will be higher, depending on the country.
We do not accept returns of sleeping bags, tents, bivouac bags, bivouac tents, sleeping mats and other sleeping equipment that have been used or washed. The right of return covers trying out a product, as one would do in a shop. Trying out a product during a weekend camping trip or other activity is therefore not covered.
If it is clear that a water filter, drinking bottle or other hygiene product has been used or opened, we will not accept it back and will charge you the shipping and handling costs so that you can receive the product back. If you do not pay these costs within 14 days, we will dispose of the product and you will lose any right of return or refund. We no longer accept returns of Wilma naturprodukter brand products, as we cannot guarantee their quality when they are returned and they are hygiene products.
If you return a product that has been damaged by you and has therefore become unsellable for us, we will not take it back and will charge you the shipping and handling costs so that you can receive the product back. If you do not pay these costs within 14 days, we will dispose of the product and you will lose any right of return or refund.
Bushpappa.nl adheres to the guidelines of the Distance Selling Act for its general terms and conditions. You can read about your rights and obligations when buying online at distance selling.
Orders for custom-made or modified products cannot be returned. Business orders are not covered by consumer law or the Distance Selling Act and are therefore not accepted.
Products that we have ordered for you, whether as a private individual or a business, at your request cannot be cancelled or returned. This includes bulk orders or products that are not part of our standard range.
Returns that are not made within the statutory return period or for which the purchase has been cancelled are not accepted. You must always cancel the purchase in writing/by email within the statutory return period of 14 days.
WARRANTY & CLAIMS
At Bushpappa you have of course the right to warranty on the products you purchased. Of course it can happen that a product breaks down, despite our strict quality requirements. On all your purchased products the legal warranty applies. Legal warranty means that a product is or should be that which the consumer may reasonably expect from it. In addition, (for most products) the manufacturer's warranty applies. The manufacturer always offers a minimum of 12 months warranty, in some cases this is 24 months, sometimes even a 'lifetime' warranty. Within this manufacturer's warranty we always contact the manufacturer to discuss what the manufacturer wants to offer you to repair the defect. In a number of cases the product will be exchanged by them. We always consult with you to find the best solution.
The return costs of a product for which the warranty is rightly granted will only be reimbursed over the costs incurred in the country to which the product was initially shipped.
This legal guarantee applies only to all new products in our range.
Products that have already been used or are made of animal or other natural materials are unfortunately excluded from this warranty. For these products applies that if they are already damaged / not usable are delivered, that they are replaced. If they are damaged by the consumer during use, they are not covered by the warranty.
Zippers are extensively checked and tested before shipment. Zippers that do not work will not be shipped. Zippers are therefore not covered by the warranty.
