General terms and conditions 
Delivery procedure

Free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany for orders over € 99,-!

Minimum order value = € 15 excluding shipping costs

Your order comes in at Bushpappa.nl
We process your request.
As soon as Bushpappa.nl has your order ready for shipment, you will be notified by e-mail.
Your order will be shipped via PostNL and if ordered before 17:00, shipped the same day. 

For orders to Belgium above € 99,- shipping is free, below € 8,95
Free shipping applies to orders to Germany above € 99,- below € 7.95.

Shipping costs to countries outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germay are automatically calculated in the Checkout according to the rates of Postnl

Right of withdrawal/Consumer law

You have the right to cancel your order up to and including 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging within 14 days of your notification to Bushpappa.nl. Products that are discounted because they are leaving the assortment cannot be returned. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. If you have complied with this, we will refund you the order amount due, minus shipping costs, in full within 7 days of processing your return.
If you do not comply with these conditions, we reserve the right not to accept the return. We will then send your product to you only after you have paid the shipping costs to us. Or we will keep the product and refund you the full purchase price minus 30% of the purchase price + the shipping costs we have incurred.

We never credit the payment costs incurred, as we do not recover these either. Please bear this in mind when using a credit card or a post-payment service.

The cost of returning to Bushpappa.nl is at your own expense. The shipping costs incurred to send the order to be returned to an address outside the Netherlands are also at your own expense. For this, we charge the actual costs incurred for shipping abroad and will be deducted from the order amount to be refunded. If you return your return by a route other than that specified and Bushpappa has to collect the return from a collection point, we will charge €15 for this.

If an order, which is delivered to a Postnl location, is not picked up or the order is refused at the door, the actual shipping and return costs incurred for this will be deducted from the amount to be refunded plus an administration and handling fee, which comes down to a total of € 20. For shipments outside the Netherlands this amount is higher, depending on the country.

When a sleeping bag/bivouac/collar blanket/hangmat or tarp is returned and it is clear to us that it has been used by you, we will charge 35% of the value of the product for this, with a minimum of € 45,- even if you have already washed the sleeping bag yourself.

If it is clear that a water filter, drinking bottle or other hygiene product has been used, we will not take it back and will charge you the shipping and handling costs so that you can receive the product back. If you do not pay these charges within 14 days, we will throw away the product and you will lose any right of return or refund.

Bushpappa.nl adheres, for its terms and conditions, to the guidelines of the Distance Selling Act. You can read what your rights and obligations are for buying over the internet on distance selling.

Orders of customised or customised products, cannot be returned. Business orders are not covered by consumer law or the Distance Selling Act.

Products we have ordered for you at your request cannot be returned either.

WARRANTY & CLAIMS

At Bushpappa you have of course the right to warranty on the products you purchased. Of course it can happen that a product breaks down, despite our strict quality requirements. On all your purchased products the legal warranty applies. Legal warranty means that a product is or should be that which the consumer may reasonably expect from it. In addition, (for most products) the manufacturer's warranty applies. The manufacturer always offers a minimum of 12 months warranty, in some cases this is 24 months, sometimes even a 'lifetime' warranty. Within this manufacturer's warranty we always contact the manufacturer to discuss what the manufacturer wants to offer you to repair the defect. In a number of cases the product will be exchanged by them. We always consult with you to find the best solution.

The return costs of a product for which the warranty is rightly granted will only be reimbursed over the costs incurred in the country to which the product was initially shipped.

This legal guarantee applies only to all new products in our range.

Products that have already been used or are made of animal or other natural materials are unfortunately excluded from this warranty. For these products applies that if they are already damaged / not usable are delivered, that they are replaced. If they are damaged by the consumer during use, they are not covered by the warranty.

Zippers are extensively checked and tested before shipment. Zippers that do not work will not be shipped. Zippers are therefore not covered by the warranty.
