Double-sided 100% natural grindstone Coticule Blue from the Belgian Ardennes combined with a slightly more aggressive grindstone from the Pyrenees.

The composition of the stone from the Pyrenees is sandstone and slate (grid 1200). A perfect stone for quick results, after which you can do the second step in the sharpening process of your knife with the Blue Coticule silk for a perfectly sharp end result. The blue Coticule stone contains about 30% garnet. This ensures excellent sharpening properties. Very fine stone with a similar grit size grid 4000.

Size 100x40mm The Ardennes-Coticule grindstone is a non-porous grindstone that should only be used with a little water. The resulting grinding paste gives an incredibly beautiful grinding result.
