Product description
100% natural "yellow" grindstone (Coticule Jaune standard) from the Belgian Ardennes. Due to special geological play of nature, this stone contains about 35-40% garnet. This ensures excellent sharpening properties.

The Ardennes-Coticule grindstone is a non-porous grindstone that should only be used with a little water. The resulting grinding paste gives an incredibly beautiful grinding result. The relatively fragile yellow stone is glued to a slate surface (it has no grinding function).
